Return Eligibility

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exchanges
